Pine Ornamental

Description

A long lasting, versatile, high performance mulch. This product contains only Scots Pine from British forests. It is intended for high class, professional and domestic landscape projects where a neat decorative finish is needed. It has a long effective service life of over 2 years.

Pine ornamental, like all of our organic mulches, is thoroughly composted for at least sixteen weeks, prior to dispatch. This prevents removal of nitrogen from the underlying soil as the composting process has already taken place.

Pine Ornamental is ideal for:

• Suited to professional landscape applications.
• Ideal for prestigious sites including supermarkets and business parks.
• available in 5 to 35mm.
• Free flowing and easy to handle.
• Able to substantially enhance the visual appearance of new and existing planted areas.
• Rich mid-brown in colour.
• Fire resistant characteristics confirmed by testing in accordance with BS4790; 1987 make pine ornamental useful in areas of potential fire risk, such as vehicle fuel filling stations, car parks, areas next to pedestrian walkways etc.
• Certified by the Forestry Stewardship Council (FSC).

Pine Ornamental can be delivered in either Loose Bulk Loads, Bulk Bags or in 60 litre bags:

For Commercial Use: Mulching 1000 square metres to a depth of 75mm requires 75 cubic metres of Pine Ornamental. This quantity is available for delivery on articulated vehicles.
