Description

A processed and selectively screened Softwood Chip loose impact-absorbing surface (LIAS), suitable for play areas. Independently tested in accordance with the requirements of BS EN 1176 at depths of 300mm, 200mm, 150mm & 100mm giving critical fall heights of 3.5m, 3.2m, 2.5m & 1.7m respectively.

The Softwood Playchip are ideal for:

High movement Play Areas
Large areas between individual play spaces
Next to other non-moving structures.

It is screened to a particle size of 5 – 40mm. This Playchip is free of fine material and has a durability of between 2-4years.

Softwood Playchips can be delivered in either Bulk Loads, 0.6m3 Bulk Bags or in 60 litre bags
For domestic Use: 50 x 60L litre bags (3 cubic metres) of Softwood Playchips will cover 15 square metres to a depth of 200mm.
